For this week’s entry I thought I’d show a better look at something I fell in love with recently, my new PC build.
In my previous blog post I just showed a close up on one of the components but it didn’t do my PC any justice showing one part of it. I also love images I see of the whole PC and wanted to try challenge myself in terms of lighting.
For my actual PC, these are the parts for those who are interested:
- Case: NZXT H500
- CPU: Intel i7 13700k
- CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken 280mm
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Z790 Gaming X AX
- RAM: Corsair Vengeance 64GB 6000Mhz
- GPU: Asus RTX 3070 TI Strix OC
- PSU: Corsair RM850x
- OS Drive: Samsung 980 Pro 2Tb
- Games Drive: Corsair Force MP510 980GB
- Lightroom Drive: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB
A few of the components were reused from my old build like the GPU and the older SSD’s which really helped. Thankfully I don’t need to deal with Lightroom constantly freezing on import or any other issues as the 13th Gen Intel CPU works great.
When it comes to the image itself, it was taken with the Sony Alpha a7IV and Tamron 70-180mm f/2.8. For the actual lighting you see, I used a SmallRig P96L (which I am really liking) and my old Yongnuo RGB Light Stick. I plan to experiment with this setup and try some more product shots.
