I’ve been busy working on editing my Japan photos (first part is nearly done) so I thought I’d post something in the meantime.
I’ve felt like ever since I got back from Japan I’ve been in a real photography mood and wanted to shoot as much as I can. As you can see at the top of the page, I took a photo of my Umbreon plush I got in Japan which was taken with the Fuji X-S10 + XF 33mm.
The same kit was used for the earbuds case below as well.
While taking my most recent 52 Week Project image, I decided to take the image above for fun.
I feel artificial lighting is something I’d still love to improve on as I feel I can make it work well for some images but not all. Honestly, I often find natural light much more easier to work with. I like the results of artificial light for many things, hence why I want to improve in this aspect.
One cafe I really like visiting is called Cuppa Flower here in Sydney.
I’ve been here before and took photos too but as I wanted to try a new drink (below), I thought I’d take my Fuji. Below are images with the X-S10 + XF 33mm f/1.4 R LM WR using the Classic Chrome filter.
I really like this film emulation and I also love Taro flavored things. I actually only tried Taro a few years ago but have been obsessed with it since.
The Frappuccino was REALLY good and probably my new favorite dessert. If I haven’t said it already, I have quite a sweet tooth so stuff like cakes and ice cream drinks are a weekly treat for me.
That pretty much brings this post to an end so thanks for reading and if you’d like to be notified of future posts, please subscribe using the form below.
