Ash and Pikachu Nendoroid
Here is my newest collection to the Nendoroid family 😀 When Ash and Pikachu first appeared, they were greeted by a mysterious figure Then once they realized it was just Link from Hyrule, everyone was happy to see each other
The Next Trip
My flights are all booked and the next trip I will take will be to Hawaii and San Francisco! My girlfriend got this souvenir when she visited these places and now it will be my turn. This will also be the first time I have been to North America which is exciting. I’m hoping to get a DJI Mavir Air before the trip so I can do some nice aerial…
This makes for a nice table decoration 😀
A Must Buy
The Sony 85mm f/1.8 is should be considered a must buy for anyone in search of an 85mm lens with an E mount camera. I sold my beloved Sigma 85mm f/1.4 EX and I was honestly worried that the Sony would not replace the empty spot in my heart the Sigma left. Luckily the Sony has so far exceed my expections with its sharpness, bokeh and focus speed/accuracy. For anyone…
So I have finally got my Sony A7III and I must say, I’m head over heels in love with it. Even though I’m using it with all adapted lenses, the AF performance has been amazing with no visible loss of quality for my wide angle shots. I am working on a review of sorts which will be up around mid next week so make sure to keep an eye out…
Adidas Victory League
This is Adidas Victory league which is what I use as an every day cologne. It’s actually quite cheap in price but has a really nice smell to it. I figured this bottle would be a great subject to help improve my strobist skills and I’m certainly happy with the finished product.
This year I’m trying to focus more on still life and product photography. I’ve always enjoyed product shots and it makes getting new items even more fun. This is a Louis Vuitton handbag I got my girlfriend as a present last year. I have wanted to take a decent shot of it for quite some time now and I finally got around to it.
Even for those who don’t know much about Chinese New Year, will still recognize these.
Canon EF 16-35mm f/4L IS
I recently got some new Yongnuo 622c II triggers and decided to give them a test. This was taken with a Yongnuo 685 fired at 1/16th power through a softbox umbrella, 1 meter from the subject on camera right. I also had a reflect at the same distance on camera left to fill shadows that were on the left of the lens.
Return of the Race
The amazing race is back on TV and I couldn’t be happier!
