  • Sony 90mm f/2.8 G Macro First Impressions

I’m very happy to say my Sony 90mm f/2.8 Macro lens has arrived 🙂 When I first unboxed it, I was pretty impressed with the build quality. The only thing I would say I don’t like about the lens design is the aperture ring as I prefer to do everything in camera. Something embarrassing and…

  • DJI Osmo Pocket

This is my newest toy, the DJI Osmo Pocket. As soon as I seen this I couldn’t resist and ordered one straight away. Like many, I do own a GoPro but it rarely gets used. I find the video too unstable in my hands and the quality isn’t anything special either. So far I have…

  • Christmas Tree

Each yeah I usually take photos of my Christmas tree to show on my social media. This year, the tree is the exact same except for one thing. It has become quite lopsided. Now as you can see below, it doesn’t look this bad in this image but still isn’t perfect. If it was, then…

Circular Quay is one of my favorite places in Sydney but I rarely go there for some reason. Last weekend I made sure to go for a walk and I’m glad I did 😀

Here is my Sony kit which is unexpectedly growing. I currently only have the two native lenses and the Godox Flash but for what I shoot, it covers what I need for now. The kit consists of: Sony Alpha A7III Sony 85mm f/1.8 Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III RXD Godox AD200 I also use the…

  • Myself

I do a few self portraits each year and I decided to use my new Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 as a test. Often, I find self portraits quite challenging. I’m more used to being behind the camera so I find it hard to pose naturally as I am usually more worried about composition. Using the Play…

  • Red Dead Redemption 2

It has been nearly 3 weeks since Red Dead Redemption 2 launched and I’m only half way through the story. Previously, The Witcher 3 was my all time favorite game but RDR2 is quickly stealing that title away. For some games I get such as Pokemon, I enjoy buying the strategy guides that are made for…

  • Lantern

Some of the decorations at a Japanese restaurant near my place called Bang Bang 🙂

  • Bubble Nini Tea

This is a strawberry milk tea from Bubble Nini Tea here in Chippendale. I walk past here every day but only just got around to trying it. I don’t drink much bubble tea these days (part of being a Starbucks Frappuccino addict) but this was REALLY good and well worth trying.
